Personal Injury Law Clerk/Paralegal or Secretary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Personal Injury Paralegal Specialist. As a valued member of our close-knit personal injury team, you will play a key role in assisting top-notch lawyers to obtain justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their workers compensation and common law claims.

Responsibilities will include interacting with clients, solicitors, barristers, doctors, insurers, preparing letters and court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, diary management, making appointments, and filing and administration tasks.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience as a legal secretary or paralegal/law clerk with hands-on personal injury law experience, preferably including workers compensation;
  • Proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment;
  • Ambitious and proactive with excellent communication, time management, and people skills;
  • Ability to advance your career long-term with a vibrant and successful plaintiff firm.
