Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Retail Experience Expert to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales floor, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. You will also contribute to the success of the company by working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a well-organized store environment.
  • Support with opening and closing of the store, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Represent the brand positively during all customer interactions.
