About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled professional to join the team at Programmed as an Operational Readiness Specialist. Reporting to the Superintendent Operational Readiness, this role exists to project manage the execution of the Supply Chain Management operational readiness deliverables for projects with a specific focus on Warehousing, Inventory and Logistics impacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholder expectations and leverage stakeholder relationships.
  • Manage projects risks and quality outcomes.
  • Understand key processes, inputs and drivers across large business value chain.
  • Align decisions with long term business objectives.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties as required.

About You

  • Experience in the natural resources including operations, supply chain management, project management and reliability.
  • Good understanding of Inventory and Project Management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with Inventory Analytics, Optimisation and Strategy Bias.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Effective communications skills.
