Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement
  • Motivate and lead a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results in sales, KPIs, and customer satisfaction
  • Closely monitor store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and efficiency
  • Effectively manage wage costs, adhering to company standards and targets
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed in their roles

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC in a retail environment
  • A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring others
  • A proven track record in driving sales growth and meeting KPIs and targets
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range: AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • A Sunday-Thursday roster, offering two consecutive days off in a row for work-life balance
