Job Overview

Oxley Christian College is a vibrant community with around 1000 students, providing excellent programs from Early Learning through to VCE (Year 12). The College seeks a Director of Student Wellbeing & College Psychologist to oversee the holistic psychological and emotional development of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychological assessment, counselling, and consultation services to students, parents, and College staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote student mental health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with College staff to identify and address wellbeing concerns.
Requirements
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in psychology and education.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
