Door Installation and Service Role
">The Door Installation and Service Member is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of RAU doors by installing, repairing and maintaining our product range.
Key responsibilities include:
- Install, repair and maintain RAU doors product range
- Service to ensure compliance with Australian standards AS5007
- Complete paperwork/documents in a timely manner
- Liaise with customers regarding repairs and installations
- Collaborate with Service Coordinators or Planners on site-related issues and other services
Requirements include:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in door installation and servicing
- Preferably, experience in the building materials, service and/or installation industry
- Knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
- Familiarity with geographic locations and city/state knowledge
- Technical understanding of automatic sliding, swing and revolving doors and associated equipment
