About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned delivery operations expert to lead our gamification squad, responsible for crafting engaging experiences that drive business objectives and reward customers.

A highly motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and experience building interactive digital experiences is required. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design, iterate, and execute gameplay mechanics, metagame systems, and gamification features.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with product managers to prioritize the squad backlog and maximize delivered value.
  • Identifying and managing dependencies and impediments within the squad.
  • Managing delivery iteration coordination with stakeholders to release the squad's work to customers.
  • Maintaining squad health by promoting collaboration and inclusiveness, ensuring a sustainable pace.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of delivery lead experience or adjacent gaming experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability in delivering agile initiatives and setting up high-performing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing complex dependencies and releases.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, driven to deliver value quickly and to high standards.
