Job Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Lead to drive our strategic decision-making process.

This is an exciting time for the organisation as we implement Salesforce, unlocking faster access to data and creating opportunities for insightful analysis.

The Role
  • You'll report directly to the Group Financial Controller, owning financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Your expertise will inform strategic decisions and improve performance.
  • You'll collaborate closely with the General Manager, Central Services, translating financial data into actionable operational plans, with a strong emphasis on margin management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive leaders to deliver strategic funding and participant outcomes.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting, and develop models to support new services.
  • Identify risks and opportunities to support sustainable growth.
  • Improve systems, processes, and reporting to enable better decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance with WHS, NDIS pricing, and funding rules.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in financial analysis (NDIS ideal, or Not-For-Profit & Healthcare).
  • Strong Excel and Financial Systems skills (e.g., Xero, MYOB Advanced, Dynamics).
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience of supporting strategic objectives through data analysis and forecasting.
  • CPA, CA, or CIMA qualified.
