Nutrition Expert for Complex Diabetes Cases

We are seeking a skilled Nutrition Expert to join our team in managing complex diabetes and chronic disease cases.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert outpatient nutrition care using advanced clinical skills to patients with diabetes and chronic conditions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive service planning and embed evidence-based practice.
- Deliver targeted clinical education and mentorship to staff and students, supporting their professional development.
- Lead the development of effective patient education resources and coordinate quality improvement initiatives.
- Utilise advanced clinical reasoning and independent judgement to expertly manage complex cases.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Nutrition and Dietetics accredited by the relevant national body.
- Full Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status and Credentialed Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification through the Australian Diabetes Educators Association.
- Strong clinical judgement and patient partnership skills.
- Experience leading, designing, and evaluating impactful projects.
