About the Role

Capital SMART is a leading provider of small to medium accident repair technology in Australia and New Zealand. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in our team's success, contributing to the reassembly of vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reassemble vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processes
  • Test and evaluate reassembly for safety and operability
  • Perform any ad hoc duties throughout the workshop as directed by leadership
  • Clean and polish vehicles once repairs are complete
  • Ensure the vehicle is cleaned in accordance with documented processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Automotive labouring skills and knowledge
  • Strong commitment to working safely
  • Good attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, hard working, and a team player
