TerryWhite Chemmart is seeking a skilled Database Manager to lead the optimization of our stock systems and ensure data integrity across our pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Stock Support teams to identify and correct stock inaccuracies.
- Utilize Minfos reports to resolve data integrity issues and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Work closely with the Centralised Ordering team to address data consistency challenges.
- Focus on managing and reducing Negative Stock on Hand, resolving Negative Gross Profit on Sales, investigating and resolving Stock Variance, and reporting on Dispensary Stock.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in pharmacy operations, particularly with Minfos POS, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow procedure and adhere to required processes.
- Strong PC skills and ability to work on computer-based applications.
