Sales Director for Retirement Living Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a 6 month, full-time, fixed-term contract based in our Epping Head Office or Bateau Bay.

The Role - you will lead sales and community engagement efforts for new Retirement Living villages, ensuring a best practice sales experience that achieves full occupancy. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance, fostering community relationships, and enhancing the overall resident experience in a manner that is commercially sound and reflects SCC's values.

About the Job

As Sales Director for Retirement Living, you will be accountable for achieving and maintaining full occupancy across all retirement living sites by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will lead sales and exceed targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

You will build and sustain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders, including organising and participating in community events to promote the facilities. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized sales approaches and promptly addressing any resident or family concerns is essential.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and utilise digital marketing tools to enhance visibility. Assist Village Managers and Village Liaison Officers in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements
  • Five years proven sales experience - preferably in Retirement Living/Aged Care
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales management tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Proactive and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the retirement living market and regulatory environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational and time management skills.
Compensation Package
