Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will provide expert guidance and advice to a team of professionals. They will assist in identifying business needs, staffing projects, and ensuring that the work-life balance of team members is maintained.

This individual will also support sales activities such as orals, estimations, and Statements of Work. They will work closely with Engagement Managers, Project Managers, and Managing Consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Oversight responsibility for projects across the practice.
  • Assist in identifying project needs, reducing risk, and developing solutions and strategies.
  • Sales support including RFP response and pursuit process.
  • Team leadership including promoting a team-oriented work environment.
  • Mentorship and coaching to develop team skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for this role:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday (or other ERP) consulting implementation.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a virtual team.
  • Fast learner, detail oriented, decisive, and enjoy fast-paced work environments.
  • Sales engagement experience estimating and presenting to prospects.
