Job DescriptionThe successful applicant will be responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous Japanese Language lessons to secondary students, fostering critical thinking and preparing them for future study and careers. They will also be required to develop and implement curriculum programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students. They must also be able to manage classrooms efficiently and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
- Deliver high-quality Japanese Language lessons that meet the academic needs of students
- Develop and implement curriculum programs that align with state and national standards
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
- A Bachelor of Education or related field
- Registration as a teacher with the relevant state authority
- Proven experience in teaching Japanese Language and Culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
