About Bundamba State Secondary College
Bundamba State Secondary College seeks to continue our journey to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our students. The addition of new facilities and upgrades throughout the school enable us to respond to the needs of our students in a rapidly changing world.
Specifically, Bundamba State Secondary College will focus on increasing pathways for students, improving student outcomes and further connecting with our community.

About the Role
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students
- Leading strategic improvement initiatives aligned to the school's strategic priority areas of Successful Students, Endless Opportunities and Empowered Communities
- Line Management of school leaders - Curriculum and Student Services
- Deputise for the Principal when required
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life
- Set high standards for student and staff performance
