Warehouse Specialist Position
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to fill the role of a Warehouse Specialist. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
About the Role
This is a full-time position with regular working hours of 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday at our premises. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Picking orders for customers, including computers, laptops, monitors, and network equipment.
- Prioritizing orders to meet customer expectations.
- Conducting quality control and product testing to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assembling, cleaning, and processing products as required.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
- Providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assisting with daily walk-in customer inquiries.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 10kg as required.
