Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key leadership position, you will provide oversight of clinical services, ensuring the highest standard of care for young people and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide complex clinical assessment and management of caseloads
- Support and guide a close-knit multidisciplinary team
- Facilitate clinical and caseload reviews
- Actively manage referrals and demand for clinical services
- Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, mental health nurse, occupational therapist, or social worker
- Advanced clinical skills, including clinical triage, assessment, and delivery of evidence-based therapies
- Demonstrated understanding of key issues in relation to the health and wellbeing needs of young people with mental health and/or substance use problems
- Demonstrated skills in clinical supervision and leadership within a multidisciplinary team
- $6,000 sign-on bonus
