About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team in our Townsville office on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will provide high-level administration support to our schedulers and wider team, enhancing and maintaining efficiencies with field crews by placing the correct teams in the correct locations at suitable times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issuing work orders to Asset Inspectors, including all facets of work related to the Asset Inspection Process in line with Energy Queensland's annual program.
  • Enhancing and maintaining efficiencies with field crews by assisting with their enquiries.
  • Assisting with maintaining Scheduling registers and administrative tasks.
  • Assisting crews with Ipad and technology as required.
  • Assisting crews with Customer Communication when required.

About You

To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate your excellent customer service skills, well-developed communication and influencing skills, and high-level attention to detail. Having experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
