Senior Technical Solutions Specialist

This is a key technical role within our Operations Team, where you will be responsible for delivering and supporting complex solutions in customer environments.

Job Description:
  • Manage software installation, configuration, and support in the customer's environments for use in tests, training, exercises, and actual operations.
  • Design, implement, and support technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure alignment, effective communication, and coordination between stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver technical training of customer administrators and users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We prefer if you bring a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and have experience in software development technologies such as Java, C#, JavaScript. Additionally, having experience with IT infrastructure and platforms like Windows, Linux, Android-based operating systems, Active Directory, database management systems, and XMPP chat is highly valued.
