Highly Experienced Legal Advisor Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to play a critical role in delivering high-quality legal advice across a range of matters.
As a key member of our legal team, you will provide strategic legal advice on complex commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters, ensuring legal risks are effectively identified and managed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legal counsel on commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance frameworks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, supporting the integration of legal advice into business documentation.
- Manage external legal engagements, including preparing instructions and overseeing outsourced work.
- Support the development of legal capability within the team through mentoring and training.
- Drive continuous improvement in legal service delivery by enhancing precedents, policies, and legal technology.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Law from a common law jurisdiction, along with admission to practice and a current practising certificate.
- At least 8 years' experience in private practice and/or in-house experience, with a strong track record of providing strategic legal advice in complex environments.
- Deep expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements, with sound judgement and a pragmatic approach to legal risk.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across diverse audiences.
- A proactive mindset with strong influencing skills, high professional standards, and the ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success.
