Job Role: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide personal care and support to our clients.

The role involves:

  • Providing essential care to older people, enabling them to live independently in their homes
  • Assisting with household tasks, transporting clients to appointments and helping with shopping
  • Supporting clients with daily needs such as medication management
  • Working on a part-time roster for a good work-life balance

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds
  • Flexibility and patience when working with clients
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is an advantage but not necessary
