About the Role

As a UX Designer, you'll prioritize customer needs and transform complex problems into intuitive designs that meet business objectives. You'll be immersed in the product development lifecycle, driving user experience strategy and co-designing with cross-functional teams using agile delivery techniques.

You'll excel at combining business goals with user needs to create deliverables like personas, user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, designs and interactive prototypes. You'll effectively present your design rationale using customer insights to stakeholders and the design team. Staying up-to-date with design trends and technology advancements will enable you to push boundaries and influence others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user requirements analysis including personas, scenarios and task analysis.
  • Create new designs, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes and prototypes.
  • Conduct iterative testing and rapidly translate research findings into design.
  • Deliver designs for each release by providing production-ready assets and supporting the development team.
  • Work with developers and stakeholders to ensure brand, style and usability guidelines are adhered to.

About You

  • Degree in multimedia or related field.
  • Excellent Sketch, Adobe XD or Figma skills.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design.
  • Good technical knowledge to understand what is and isn't possible.
  • Skilled in various design techniques like wireframing, sketching, prototyping and UI asset development.
  • Knowledgeable about Design Thinking, Human Centred design and experienced in working in an agile UX environment.
  • Familiarity with prototyping technologies like Adobe XD, InVision or Principle.
  • Multi-channel and platform design expertise (mobile, tablet, desktop).
  • Experience in cross-functional teams and agile environments.
  • Responsive design experiences, interaction design and computer science background.
