- Demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based interventions, including individual counselling and group therapy, is necessary.
- You must be able to manage complex caseloads and contribute to demand management as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Collaboration and integration with multidisciplinary teams are critical to your success.
