Marketing Campaign Manager

We're seeking a marketing professional to lead our performance marketing efforts as a Marketing Campaign Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid social advertising campaigns and a passion for driving measurable growth.
About the JobThis role involves owning growth campaigns, testing new channels, and building high-performing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok. The successful candidate will also support Google Ads campaigns and assist with paid LinkedIn campaigns.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Owning Growth Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to grow our customer base.
- Testing New Channels: Collaborate with the team to identify, test, and refine opportunities on new platforms like programmatic native, display, and video advertising.
- Paid Social Leadership: Build and manage high-performing paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Campaign Management: Support Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and YouTube) and assist with paid LinkedIn campaigns when needed.
- CRO and Testing: Support conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments with A/B testing for landing pages and creative assets.
Requirements:
- Proven Expertise: Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with a focus on performance.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach to optimization and reporting.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
