Key Role in Card Issuing Business

This role plays a critical part in the success of our card issuing business. The Product Manager is responsible for leading the full product lifecycle, including ideation, delivery, optimization, and support.

The job involves owning the full lifecycle of our card issuing products, defining and maintaining a product roadmap, translating client insights into clear product priorities, setting and tracking key performance indicators, collaborating across teams to deliver go-to-market plans, and acting as an SME in strategic projects.

  • Lead cross-functional delivery of new product releases, ensuring they meet client needs and support strategic goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement and performance of our issuing platform, monitoring market and regulatory trends to stay competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment, managing key external relationships with scheme partners, vendors, and service providers.
Requirements for Success

To excel in this role, we require:

  • A strong background in product management, preferably in issuing, fintech, or digital payments.
  • Experience with Visa and/or Mastercard schemes, along with deep knowledge of card issuing, scheme requirements, and compliance frameworks.
  • A proven track record of owning full product lifecycles and setting strategic roadmaps, with a strong client focus and ability to turn needs into meaningful features.
  • Skilled communication and collaboration skills, with a data-driven mindset and passion for continuous improvement.

While not essential, experience in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Defining and acting on key metrics, with a passion for innovation and scalable solutions.
  • Providing technical guidance to clients and internal teams, gathering and synthesizing feedback to inform product enhancements.
