Residential Valuations Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-profile leadership role that will define the residential valuations function for the next decade. As the director of residential valuations, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100 across NSW & ACT and working closely with a high-calibre leadership team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to drive commercial performance and growth in residential valuations.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team culture, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, lawyers, and accounting firms.
  • Drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making and commercial acumen.
  • Mentor senior managers and develop team members through coaching, training, and development programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience in valuations, property, banking, or related services.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across financial institutions.
  • Commercial acumen, with expertise in performance management, strategy, and risk management.
  • Adaptability and resilience in environments undergoing change and transformation.
