Practice Manager Role

This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a family law firm.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, organisational and communication skills. They should be proactive, emotionally intelligent and have the ability to drive compliance, reporting and operational consistency across locations.

  • Manage teams, systems and competing priorities
  • Confident with cloud-based practice management tools
Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm
  2. Manage admin, legal support and finance functions
  3. Maintain compliance, risk management and HR records
  4. Drive reporting and workflow consistency using Smokeball, Xero and supporting platforms
  5. Lead onboarding, induction and support internal systems training across roles
