At CareSouth, we are seeking an innovative Practice Expert to join our dynamic and bold vision. As a local, community-based organisation, we strive to make a difference every day by influencing and supporting the safety, development, and empowerment of children, young people, adults, and communities.

This exciting role will be responsible for contributing to the design, delivery, and implementation of practice development across CareSouth. With a focus on disabilities, early intervention, and prevention/child protection, Out of Home Care or child and family-based services contexts, the successful applicant will have exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field and have demonstrated experience working in similar contexts. They will also have outstanding coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to attract buy-in from diverse audiences internally and externally.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop resources, facilitate workshops, and identify practice gaps. You will work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team, using client information systems, data systems, and technology to drive positive change.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits. Our package includes a full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. You will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
