Outdoors Horticultural Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Horticultural Professional to join our team in Wyndham North, Victoria.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term employment with the bonus of working outdoors while earning a steady income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Coordinate daily work schedules and allocate tasks as required
- Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding
- Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs
- Implement mulching and planting programs
- Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment
- Evaluate sites are maintained and presented to a high standard
- Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will have qualifications or experience in horticulture, parks and gardens, gardening, or landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others.
