Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled investment professional to join our team at Mercer. This role is a hybrid that requires working at least three days a week in the office, providing an ideal balance between remote and in-office work.

This position involves delivering investment consulting services to insurers and enhancing Mercer's offerings across various insurance sectors, including life, health, general, and specialty insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply analytical techniques and methodologies on projects across Mercer Investments' service offering under the guidance of more experienced consultants.
  • Support delivery of client project work through research, analysis, attending client meetings, and drafting reports.
  • Contribute to projects through effective task management and directly lead smaller client deliverables.
  • Develop own capability through informal and formal learning opportunities.
  • Participate in internal projects to improve Mercer, particularly talent, quality, service delivery, and intellectual capital.
  • Support business development initiatives and proposals.
Requirements
  • Relevant undergraduate qualification and interest in Investment Consulting.
  • Team player; collaboration, proactivity, and curiosity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
