Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Multicap. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live independently and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household duties.
- Develop and implement individual care plans to support customers in achieving their goals and developing daily skills.
- Assist customers with a wide range of disabilities and challenging behaviors, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Coordinate engaging activities and provide companionship to customers, promoting social interaction and community participation.
- Work collaboratively with the Multicap team to ensure high-quality support services are delivered to customers.
- Current Driver's License
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
