The Opportunities

We are currently offering two (2) roles: one based in Victoria and one based in Tasmania. The successful applicants will have a choice of work location across our Victorian and Tasmanian offices with some travel required.

About the Role

This role will lead the review and development of governance documentation, including organisational policy and procedure, to ensure continued compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.

As part of our overall commitment to best practice, this role will develop a scope of work to ensure our services align with the expectations of the NDIS Quality & Safeguarding commission and our organisational values.

The successful person will undertake activities including internal quality audits, governance risk assessments, change management processes, and recommendations for continued governance documentation development.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary education or a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Attention to detail in policy, procedure, and framework development
  • Computer and systems literacy
  • Experience in managing process improvement and compliance projects
