About the Role

As a senior data professional, you will have full ownership of greenfield data and insights for a high-impact business area. This is an opportunity to shape strategy, partner across functions, and unlock the stories behind the numbers that drive meaningful change.


  • Be the analytical engine supporting business growth— structure complex problems, analyse data, and deliver clear recommendations.
  • Lead deep-dive explorations into product and customer data to uncover key insights.
  • Own and build dashboards and performance tracking tools that bring business metrics to life.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence decisions at every level.
  • Champion experimentation — support A/B and multivariate testing to guide informed decision-making.
  • Ensure data quality by troubleshooting issues and working with engineers to maintain a clean and trusted ecosystem.
  • Communicate complex insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in turning data into actionable insights through thorough analysis and effective communication

  • Confidence in communicating complex ideas to senior leadership
