We're seeking a skilled professional to drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within our teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and motivating teams to become successful and autonomous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching and Culture: Lead by example, driving a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Tribe Agile Rituals: Facilitate the Agile rhythm of the tribe, facilitating learning and development, and supporting leadership in backlog management.
  • Alignment: Ensure alignment with Agile principles and coach approach across teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a Professional Scrum Master certification or equivalent, along with relevant qualifications in fields such as engineering, finance, business, IT, marketing, or related disciplines. Experience in Agile and High Performing Team coaching, facilitating Agile ceremonies, training, and workshops is essential.

Additionally, the ideal candidate should be able to facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching, deliver training, and facilitate workshops and off-sites. They should also be able to ensure continuous alignment on the Agile way of working and coach approach with other coaches in and outside the tribe.
