The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about integrating CA policies and enrollment along with Mobile devices. They will have expertise in BYOD and Mobile device management, as well as managing the Wintel, VMware, Admin Studio platforms and providing end-to-end technical support for IT. The candidate should also be familiar with Intune Auto enrollment configurations of Windows & Mac devices, managing IT related tasks and driving accountability, patching Servers and User Endpoints devices using SCCM and Intune, creating and deploying software packages using Admin Studio, and providing technical support for Wintel/SCCM/Intune/Vulnerability. Additionally, they will perform routine tasks such as user management, software installation, configuration, and updates across Server and End User Environments. They will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of project efforts that utilize IT solutions, principles, standards, and best practices. They will proactively monitor system performance, resource utilization, and health metrics. They will identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure system availability and reliability. They will enforce security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements across Azure, Windows platforms, and End user devices. They will acquire SIPs wherever possible. They will liaise with Application and other BAU and project teams in case of any critical incidents.
