About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our People Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing quality analytics on a macro level, gathering, processing, and interpreting data to provide insights on the current HR experience within the Group and its Business Units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and build dashboards/BI tools for key stakeholders across HR and the broader business.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create models to provide insights on decisions (e.g. correlations, forecasting, predictive analysis).
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR analytics processes through automation using tools e.g. Microsoft Power suite (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate).
Requirements
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools e.g. Tableau/Power BI.
  • Good knowledge and experience in using SQL tools is advantageous.
  • Have a good understanding of analytical tools and techniques and are keen to build on this skillset.
  • Sound communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions when appropriate to meet deliverables without significant oversight.
  • Are continuously learning and contributing to the chapter's ongoing development.
  • Have an ability to multi-task, prioritise and execute multiple concurrent activities.
