Job Title: B737 Flight Simulator Instructor

The position of a B737 Flight Simulator Instructor involves delivering high-quality training activities in compliance with regulatory standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training duties in accordance with established job descriptions.
  • Follow applicable standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Recommend revisions to SOPs, as necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of course materials, including theoretical examinations, to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor client/student progress and develop action plans to support those not meeting required standards.
  • Promote improvements and enhancements to processes, documentation, courseware, and training materials.
  • Participate in review boards and provide recommendations for remedial actions concerning progress issues or disciplinary matters.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A minimum of 1000 hours pilot-in-command experience on a multi-crew jet transport.
  • A valid Simulator Instructor Rating or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a simulator instructor/type rating instructor is desirable.
  • Prior experience in airline/ATO training is advantageous.
  • An ICAO-recognized ATPL/CPL/MPL with a minimum ICAO English level 5 is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with AQP/EBT/CBTA/IEC concepts is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of civil aviation regulations governing training is essential.
  • A motivated individual with strong initiative, able to deliver results on time and motivate others in a remote working environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience working effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Working conditions include:

  • Work environments: office, classrooms, and flight simulation devices.
  • Required to work outside regular office hours to conduct training or assigned duties.
  • Rosters for training duties will be planned according to the Training and Procedures Manual requirements.
