This role requires expertise in financial accounting, including cash flow management, year-end accounts, and multi-year forecasting.

The ideal candidate will analyze financial data to assess our financial health and identify revenue optimization opportunities, reconcile income reports, and manage accounts payable and supplier payment systems.

  • Prepare detailed cash flow statements and control expenditure
  • Manage year-end accounts, statutory accounts, and compliance responsibilities (BAS Statements, Tax Returns)
  • Conduct multi-year forecasting to support business strategy
  • Analyze financial data to assess the Club's financial health and identify revenue optimization opportunities
  • Reconcile income reports and manage accounts receivable processes
  • Oversee accounts payable and supplier payment systems
  • Manage employee payment processes, reimbursements, and deductions
  • Prepare monthly and annual P&L and balance sheet reports
  • Provide financial insights and advice to the leadership team
  • Support board reporting and other company financial communications
  • Identify areas for financial process improvement and efficiency gains
