Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing vehicle registrations and delivering customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Checking vehicle registration status
  • Acquiring or cancelling registrations
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Corresponding with the Department of Transport and Main Roads
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A current and valid manual driver's license
  • Previous experience in a similar administration role
  • Knowledge of vehicle registration/de-registration process
  • Mastery of AutoReg program (highly desirable)
  • At least 2 years' experience in fast-paced administration

In addition to these requirements, we are looking for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, data entry skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
