Job Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Job Coach.

As a Job Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing personalized support and guidance to individuals with disability, injury, or health condition in preparing for, finding, and maintaining employment.
  • Assessing and identifying the needs of clients and developing tailored support plans to help them achieve their employment goals.
  • Building relationships with local employers and businesses to promote job opportunities and support clients in securing employment.

You will work collaboratively with our team to provide holistic support services, including career development, training, and ongoing mentoring. This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Energized by supporting people to achieve their goals.
  • Has high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Has strong customer service experience.
  • Confidence to talk to local employers and businesses.
  • Goal focused.
  • Able to look for solutions and overcome objections.
  • Aware of the vulnerabilities when looking for work and the effects of unemployment.
  • Empathetic, but also resilient.
  • Able to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check.
