Data Centre Technician Role

As a Data Centre Technician at Oracle, you will be responsible for reviewing and acting on incoming and open tickets, prioritizing work based on ticket severity. You will identify and provide remediation feedback in defined processes, create shared documentation, and collaborate with teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

  • Intermediate position operating independently with some assistance and guidance
