We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to lead our Deal Advisory Tax team. As a key member of our national practice, you will work on significant transactions across various industries, including private equity, infrastructure, and financial services.

About the Role

This is a highly dynamic and fun role that offers a wide range of opportunities for growth and development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Tax due diligence on complex transactions
  • Structuring advice on deal structures and fund structures
  • Transaction document review and analysis
  • Tax model reviews and validation
