As Reservations Agent/Guest Service Agent, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your passion for the hospitality industry will shine through in every interaction, from coordinating group bookings and reservations to providing seamless service and coordination for all group bookings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating group amendments, new bookings, invoicing, and cancellations
  • Liaising with third-party travel agencies to ensure smooth service and coordination
  • Providing support to the Front office team where required

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience within hotels in similar roles
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, responsive attitude
  • An eye for detail and good organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and represent us positively
