About the Role:
GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a skilled Category Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane or Rowville head office. As a key member of our Merchandise department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating category-related collateral and ensuring that category/merchandise plans are rolled out to schedule.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Meet business objectives in relation to category plans
- Engage with suppliers for negotiations and reviews
- Analyze range performance and provide recommendations
- Develop and manage off-shore product development and lifecycle management
- Execute promotional plans and create content for packaging and online
- Conduct data analysis and review
- Plan and execute seasonal product initiatives
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in category, merchandise, or buying, or a passion for developing a career in this area. Retail or FMCG experience is desirable. You will possess strong communication skills, excel skills, and the ability to develop solid stakeholder relationships. A keen eye for detail, strong logic, and natural organization skills are also essential.
