Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled specialist to join our team. The role involves ensuring the maintenance of defined service levels for specific enterprise applications by providing customer-focused, high-level specialist advice and support.

  • Follow established service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies, and procedures to ensure high-quality, safe services and workplaces.
  • Provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management, and continuity planning using best practices in systems support and service delivery within the ITIL framework.
  • Ensure end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems by establishing and maintaining highly effective working relationships with other technical specialists, vendors, and end users.
  • Provide timely application support activity reports to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the ongoing development, maintenance, and deployment of application-specific guides, work instructions, and technical documents.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Demonstrating ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
  • Providing high-level specialist advice on and support for clinical enterprise applications.
  • Ensuring that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer-focused ICT/Clinical Business environment.
  • Developing strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
  • Maintaining appropriate relationships with team members, other technical specialists, vendors, and end users.
