Job Title: Club Manager

Peak Fitness 247 Gym and Recovery Centre is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Club Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the gym, including member services, staff supervision, and facility maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve membership sales, retention, and overall customer experience
  • Prioritize safety and security procedures to ensure a secure environment for members and staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in gym management is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of organization and time management skills

We offer a competitive remuneration package, complimentary gym membership, performance bonus and other incentives.

Schedule:

8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

In person at Keysborough location
