Are you a skilled and detail-oriented professional seeking a dynamic role where you can combine technical expertise with client relationship management? Our Family Office is looking for a talented Financial Strategist to join our team and partner with high-net-worth individuals and families.

This diverse and rewarding role offers exposure across financial analysis, investment support, tax compliance, and wealth management. As a Financial Strategist, you will be pivotal in advising clients on strategies that align with their personal and financial aspirations.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Management reporting & full suite of accounting support across multiple entity types">
  • Cash flow reporting and supporting SMSF compliance">
  • Conducting financial analysis and modelling to uncover insights and identify risks or opportunities">
  • Building trusting relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family groups">
  • Preparing for and participating in client meetings, reviewing progress and discussing strategic opportunities">
  • Managing relationships with third-party providers (e.g. private banks, property agents, utility services, fund managers, and other advisors)">
  • Mentoring and reviewing work completed by junior team members, offering guidance and coaching">
  • Leading onboarding of new Family Office clients — from proposal and setup through to implementation and rollout">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in consulting, tax, or accounting with exposure to family office or private client services">
  • Ability to perform complex analysis, deliver reports, and distill technical information into clear, actionable advice">
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field">
  • CPA, CA or CFA qualification">
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and communication skills">
  • A big-picture thinker with a critical and analytical lens">
  • Client-centric mindset and ability to confidently manage relationships with HNW clients and stakeholders">
