  • Oversee task allocation and service delivery through data-driven planning.
  • Manage client information systems, ensuring accurate and secure data collection to support reporting, compliance, and service improvement.
  • Analyse client data to identify trends and improve operations.
About You
  • You possess experience in community care/home-based care services.
  • At least 3 years' work experience in a similar role environment with evidence of leadership capability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly developed organisational and prioritising skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
