Strategic Financial Insights Leader

This role requires a strategic thinker to lead the delivery of high-quality performance analysis and insights that support decision-making across the Group.
As a Financial Planning Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating business performance, identifying trends, and translating complex data into actionable insights that drive success.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of Group management results, ensuring alignment with internal and external reporting requirements
- Partner with divisional Finance and business teams to understand underlying performance trends and ensure alignment with Group Performance Objectives
- Analyse performance trends, identify key risks and opportunities, and translate findings into strategic insights for informed decision-making
- Build strong relationships with Group Senior stakeholders to shape reporting that evolves with business needs
- Champion continuous improvement in analytics, reporting processes, and data quality to deliver high-impact reports and dashboards to drive operational efficiencies
- Provide coaching and mentoring to analysts, supporting their professional growth and career development

Requirements:
