Senior Finance Analyst Position

This Senior Finance Analyst role is a key part of driving our business forward. We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead financial forecasting and reporting, as well as own the gross compensation forecasting process.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in finance or accounting and proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting. They should also have a strong analytical mind and be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Forecasting and Reporting: Lead monthly forecasting and reporting across a five-year forecast period, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment.
  • Gross Compensation Forecasting: Own the Gross Compensation forecasting process, partnering with HR and business leaders.
  • Cost Recovery Analysis: Manage cost recovery analysis and financial reporting for enabling functions.
  • Financial Insights: Provide insights through variance analysis, financial modelling, and executive-level reporting.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process improvements and maintain data integrity across financial systems.
  • Financial Modelling: Prepare financial models, scenarios, and business cases to support senior decision-making, including the Executive Committee.
  • Performance Tracking: Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for real-time performance tracking.
  • Data Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance through strong governance practices.
About You
  • Tertiary Qualification: Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • Financial Experience: Proven experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Industry Background: Corporate finance or FP&A background preferred.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication: Confident communicator capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
